Collaboration and infrastructure define activities of collaboration and co-creation to improve delivery of services, increase government transparency, access to knowledge, experiences and best practices. [1] This may empower entrepreneurs and academics to identify, design and implement effective instruments to transition towards a circular economy. [2] Examples are data and information sharing, matchmaking platforms and living labs.
