Prior to start of the week have a joint shopping list with buy-in for colleagues who want to join. List should include only low impact (Co2, other?) and healthy foods. Goals:
- cheaper due to joint buying
- more joint lunch
- healthy office
- less waste as ultimately finished by Fridge Friday
- less packaging
Can get a separate shelf in fridge/cupboard.
Only works if people use in similar portions to their buy-in.
