  • How would this work? what would the incentive be for the reporter? anyone can report and what the reward would be? It's through an app in my mobile phone? I'd be afraid people doesn't get enough incentive to use it much.

This is a community centered experience. Using Social media comes in as tool for amplify the conversation. We find a lot of value in having conversations in neighborhood. These experience is phased from our user journey, at some point on engagement we have a retention loop that might explore tokenism as an incentive. We are building on behavior change this is a experiment toward a nudge that will help reach connect households and brand to have a conversation about why single use plastics are unsustainable and how products might be delivered going forward.

    How can this be improved?

  • Hi Wekesa,
Great to hear you are stimulating the circular conversation. My impression is that often the municipal services are minimal in some African cities and while people want to do the right thing it proves very difficult and time consuming.
It would be good to hear whether you have also been able to stimulate some local action as well?

  • Exactly! We are creating an experience to enhance ownership and dialogue. Actors are organized in silos in context currently. we looking to disarm this state and drive mindful conversations on a way forward with stakeholders. It is a wicked challenge, with a multi faced approach we hypothesize that we might have traction along this verticals "Community-enterprise-policy"
