This idea is rather close to home, as both my parents have worked for over 25 years in the hospitality industry as chefs. I saw that many companies small and large (like Facebook or Justpark) have their on-board chefs that prepare FRESH meals on-site for their employees. We already know you can hire specialists such as cleaners to clean your house (which is especially profitable in houseshares), thus saving you time and money in the long run (by hiring a cleaner you can reduce the need and subsequent cost for any bulky or chemical cleaning tools), and most cleaning companies (at least where I live) are small businesses, who are always worth supporting. Now let's take this idea from the cleaning closet to the kitchen: why not hire a chef to help you meal prep for the rest of the week. This idea could prove especially useful when many people team up to share the costs: businesses (large and small), flatmates in a flatshare, even larger families.
The business could be mobile (chefs coming to cook at a given establishment), or they also could run from a local bric-and-mortar, where they could stock all fresh ingredients and can meal-prep from their own kitchen with a delivery service.

I guess in the more local client-base it can still rely on customers owning their own kitchen appliances, making this idea more effective for larger shared occupancies/businesses. That said, one can still save on needing too much kitchen equipment (knives/pots and pans), and also time (considering that bulk-meals are a time and resourse advantage over making one cooked meal at a time).
Perhaps something else could be extracted from this concept. For instance, existing restaurants/ catering agencies and take-a-ways can offer a subscription/bulk-meal option for families/groups/businesses, etc.?

In some way it's connected, you might find it interesting.
There are some office buildings that tend to be isolated from the comercial areas, therefore sporting those businesses can be beneficial for workers who normally would have to travel for a decent lunch.
